What Inspires People to Donate to Missionaries and Partner in Their Mission?

For 14 years, Pastor Danil has served a village marked by profound poverty, lack of clean water and limited opportunities. The villagers struggle daily, from trekking miles to sell firewood to relying on unsafe water sources that cause widespread illness. Seeing their suffering, Danil felt compelled to bring not only the message of Christ’s love but also practical solutions. Through his efforts, lives have been altered in extraordinary ways.

Danil’s ministry includes providing livelihood gifts, such as cows, water buffalo and bicycles, to equip villagers with tools to improve their circumstances. These simple gifts bring profound changes. For example, a villager named Madhul received a cow that transformed her life. Her husband had squandered the family’s income on alcohol, leaving Madhul to provide for their children alone. The cow provided milk and gave birth to calves, which Madhul sold to generate income. With these earnings, she fed her children, funded their education and even built a new house. “The cow has been a great blessing to me and my family,” Madhul shared.[1]
